Varicent Incentive Compensation Management provides a very comprehensive dashboard and insight experience into sales performance

  • recudes time employee spent on compensation research significantly
  • delivery great transparency into compensation plans
  • improve compensation compliance
At the moment I don't see any urgent aspects in the room for improvement in Varicent's usability. Everything is easy to use and access, and clearly structured.

Varicent outperforms other Incentive Compensation Management I have used in the past. Its user interface is far more user friendly, data is more accurate and up to date. The whole look and feel is modern and polished.
