Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

I use Vidyard as part of my regular support and training workflow. It gives me a quick, easy, and convenient way to record instructions or demonstrate a feature in video format and share it with the client or prospective client. The whole process can typically be achieved in a few minutes.
  • Vidyard generates high quality screen caps quickly.
  • The Chrome app is very convenient and easy to use.
  • Easy to use annotation functions during the screen recording would be nice.
  • Huge time saver with my customer support workflow.
It doesn't get much easier than installing a plugin and you're ready to go.
I would give them a "10" as so far I haven't even needed to reach out to support. Everything has been smooth and self-explanatory.
If you frequently need to provide clear instructions to a customer remotely, Vidyard is a very effective way to do that quickly and easily. As well, if you need to provide proposals or demonstrations to prospective clients remotely, the addition of being able to include your webcam capture to the recording for a more personal touch is amazing.
