Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

Added multifactor to our VPN solution.
  • Provided MFA through Radius.
  • Documentation is out of date.
  • One trick pony - doesn't add value outside its purpose or replace other tools.
  • 12-hour outage with no explanations.
The left hand already bought it before the right hand could recommend a more feature rich product.
Still need a local service to support your on premises identity service.
Yup, supporting people's personal phones and crappy cell services has been real "fun."
