Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
Use WatchGuard AuthPoint to provide 2FA authentication for workstations, and remote services. Use this across a wide range of clients and their devices. Great way to secure a device where you need 2FA. You can use both physical tokens and mobile tokens thus allowing flexibility for users.

- Managabilities of users between clients
- Putting users into bypass mode so if they aren't setup or are using a device that may not need them to authenticate.
- Unsure on this as I don't see those numbers.
Our director and account managers work with WatchGuard AuthPoint directly I just happen to be one of the few people who get to manage users in it.
The easiest way to manage multiple groups through the website.
Getting to provide better security and security services that some companies don't have and getting to provide that for them.
Compared to WatchGuard AuthPoint , the Gate Keeper software was not as user friendly or easy to use for end users.
