Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
[Webex App addresses] conference calls and meetings. The challenge is to have good collaboration with the team, partners, and customers. During the pandemic time, we managed to utilize almost all of the business units to proceed forward with day-to-day operations as usual. Webex [App] helped us and it brings everyone together to do exceptional work. It makes work smarter, it’s personalized to our needs, and it gives you options to choose how to work.

More features available for collaboration, sharing ideas, and design thinking. Design thinking as a problem-solving framework is used in the business. I’ve found Miro boards to be a great way to emulate design thinking activities virtually during a Webex [App] meeting (and they work in the multi-media viewer).
