We are Cisco users so it is easier for Us to implement Webex App in our company. Also, we have a good partner so we have good support from people who knows what we need and what we are doing. The Cisco ecosystem is a good way to manage a lot of things in a simple way for us.

The user interface needs to be better. It is not a good experience, but it is not the worst experience either.

For collaboration between different teams. A good example is when my engineering team, like frontend dev teams, needs to work with product and design teams. They have the opportunity to collaborate and work together easily and in a faster and more comfortable way for everyone. Maybe it could be better for meetings with people outside our company, but it is ok.
