Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
My business uses the Webex App to collaborate with mainly Cisco as a Cisco Partner. I mainly use the meeting and chat function of the application and within chat the option to share documents and or pictures.
- Meetings (both online and hybrid)
- Chat (persistent)
- Document sharring
- Group interaction in a global out of sync collaboration
MS Teams has a much higher customer base, but lacks many enterprise features Webex does have.
