Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
User chat is the main user benefit. Also integration for dialing. Users like the ability to create spaces to track problems, discuss and raise ideas

- Integration to calling
- I find it confusing when trying to use device control
- Ability to archive and group spaces
- Crashes frequently
- Real ability to collaborate on the low side.
- Simplicity to host events
- Ease of collaboration across multiple teams
Both very similar. Microsoft has intregration into outlook, o365 etc This gives it the real edge
