Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

currently limited use due to lack of availability of on-prem only version
  • easy managment
  • nice ui
  • on-prem only option
seems mostly better but adoption is the main issue in that people are more familiar/already using teams so adding an extra option doesnt help if none of the rest of our empolyees use it

very easy to use and clear where users need to go
very userfull and easy for small business but less ideal for large companies

Cisco Webex Experience

very well but we need and on-premise only version to properly use it
app is user friendly but users are already used to ms teams so as it has a higher user base they tend to gravitate towards that anyway
