Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App allows us to efficiently access other Webex components such as Calling, Meetings and Messaging on our computer and mobile devices. Which in turns allows us to effectively communicate with our customers and partners which also use the Webex application and other external partners. It provides great integration for for authentication and calendar integration.

Webex App provides a great interface with either default dark mode or detected the machine settings. It offers a straight forward easy to use user interface and provides all important elements to have successful communications with other members and great integration with Outlook calendar. While others provide extended features such as file management which is a tiny missing part of Webex, but that has better screen sharing capabilities than others.

Webex App is great for teams which with need for utilizing communications via the Webex platform either via messaging, mattings or calling. It offers message and voice communication via your computer and smart phone. It offers great API access for utilizing either chat bots or integration with other Cisco features and even others.

Using Webex App

The Webex App is straight forward to use and dosen't have much of a learning curve. The only downside I found so far was when joining meetings or calls on my android phone I have to download a separate application for than and login into my account again, while on desktop everything is in the same app.

Yes - The mobile interface largely resembles the desktop application and is the same flow and ease of use. The only difference is calling which at least on android required a separate app which is dedicated for voice calls which is a bit cumbersome. Overall the mobile interface is easy to use and look elegant with dark mode.
