Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I manage the Cisco unit in a Technology Distributor. We use Webex Meetings when working between us and with clients. Within the organization [though], we usually use Microsoft Teams, as it is the standard collaboration tool for my company. Webex Meetings is a very powerful tool, unlike others, Webex Meetings has been designed to address professional challenges with interesting features (noise control, translation, movement tracking, polls, etc.). Additionally, Webex Meetings provides a secure environment, so we and our clients feel free to share confidential information.

- Having a Personal Room, easy to start a meeting
- Waiting room and notification to host
- Invitation status
- Is not user-friendly (specially for people joining a meeting in Webex for the first time)
- The set-up process when you don't have the app is quite complicated
- Could have more layout options
- Is not that easy to schedule a meeting
- Less in-person meetings (save time and money).
- Improve relationship with partners and clients.
- We use our meetings as a demo, so we can show our clients the value of the tool while having a meeting with them! :)
I use Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams simultaneously. I strongly believe that each collaboration tool has pros and cons. Microsoft Teams is more user-friendly and easy to use. However, I find Webex Meetings more secure, and it includes features as noise-canceling, translation service, etc, that are great when having important meetings.
