Webex definitely stacks up against the competition with a little bit of a faster interface and a bit more of a nicer Meeting style and meeting window. Webex is also universally accepted especially with big banks So you have less to worry about when it comes to knowing if they will receive your invite or even be able to log onto the meet. It’s easy to use and very intuitive

Reliability and Availability

Luckily we have had zero issues and Webex has always been available when we have needed it. there have never been Any outages, hiccups, hacks, Or downtime as far as I know. This goes for me and as well as for all the other members of my team. A+ to the development and customer service team as we have never had to use them.

Scalability

Super easy and effortlessly to scale. Again we have had no issues with logging multiple users on, running multiple meetings at once, scheduling, or handling an increased volume of client calls. This is actually one area where I really applaud Webex As it is definitely built out to be a scalable enterprise solution, which is really great.

Performance

WebEx’s performance is actually pretty good, It does start every single time I start my computer but once it is up and running it just runs in the background and I don’t really notice it. It’s never exactly slowed down my computer like Google hangouts would, And as far as video quality goes there is no lag.

Webex is definitely well-suited for meeting with clients and for meeting with bigger companies whose firewalls have ended up blocking zoom or Google hangouts. A lot of bigger enterprise clients have very serious tough firewalls to get in through But luckily one of the pros of using Webex is that it is universally accepted as a great platform to use.
