Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Cisco webex Cloud Solution for our meeting rooms & Boardroom Video calling , Pre covid we had Poly Hardware in boardroom & we we wanted to integrate it with cloud calling the same was made possible with Cisco webex H.323 dialing available in cisco webex invites which are at no additional cost unlike other cloud platforms making it easier to even join from our 20 seater boardroom & others from mobile & laptops.

Cisco Webex meetings has been widely adopted by many of our department due to one touch join from some of the Cisco Webex devices & interoperability with another branch IP VC endpoint. Moreover, the whiteboarding of cisco webex with interactive display works very smooth making it more interactive and productive as well as the Audio dial out feature is used a lot.

The pricing point of Webex is far good than that of Zoom, moreover there are no additional license required to be purchased for any other integration unlike zoom, we get a more capacity of video participant in cisco webex with inbuilt feature of Audio dial in with larger storage for recording.

The Costing of a Webex license with all functionalities is very reasonable , when the meeting participation is is more than 200 participants , when a organization have existing VC hardware devices already in their infrastructure , when even a PSTN audio dialing is also required in a video call meeting , Webex wont suit for a layman person as the ease of use is still need to be improved .

As per our business requirement field engineers are on site joining from their mobile/tablet & showing the condition of site while the specialist team may be working from home or customer location on laptop while the lab expert team is available in office joining from webex Dx80 or webex room kit to analyze & guide the field team for proper maintenance.
As the engineers were on field & were sending pics it was not possible to make out as to what needs to be taken care a live view of the site made us to review the site condition on a go while the site specialist advising the best practices while the lab team testing for any issue.
Earlier the field engineer shared the pics of the field & have to wait on the field till the time specialist team has not review the pics while a lot of time of field engineer was going waste while if there was any issue the lab team had to ask for various images consuming a lot of time to respond & resolve the issue this has been cut down because of hybrid work.
The customer response time has increased. The time of field engineer is saved. Expert can join from anywhere while even doing customer meetings. The Lab team has become more efficient. The one touch join feature from hardware making it very easy to join. Diagnostic of webex device & statistic through Cisco dashboard has increased reliability.
Cisco Webex with Cisco Hardware device works hand in hand making webex more collaborative & easier to work with webex, whhile the One touch join function making it very comfortable even foe a layman to join easily, Cisco apps in mobile & Laptops givong promp reminder before meetings while chatting with colleague at times.

Cisco Webex give us the flexibility to join anyone from anywhere either it be a movie, laptop or VC device while utilizing the YouTube streaming, whiteboard where multiple participants collaborate while Cisco Webex kits with interactive displays also participate in whiteboard collaboration, host function that gives various control of the meeting.

Webex Meetings Reliability

No Failure in meetings, reliability is very high , audio is not impacted much during the video meetings integration with all hardware video devices & the price point that provide all these features is very reasonable , the support of webex is quite fast but at times we even need to wait for the support tickets .
The recording file loading time is at times too high in cisco webex so recording on cloud can be a time consuming task for many , while loading of application also takes lot of time for windows , while during the video meeting everything is stable & works as perfect making it a multi secure cloud.
All require video conferencing cloud meetings & the feature sets that are inbuilt in webex are enormous with features getting addon day by day & scheduling the video meetings is a very easy task for anyone making it IT friendly while at the same time the integration of Cisco webex with cisco VC device can be a added advantage.
