Overall Satisfaction with Webex Webinars

Conduct customer trainings, webinars, events, etc.

  • positively allowed us to roll out webinars and improve engagement with customers

  • Negatively impacts ROI because we can't pull attendee reports across our entire platform to measure engagement across products and customers
One of the main reason we chose Webex Webinar was because trainers like the in-webinar/training emoticons that stick next to a user's name on the participant panel. Other products just have the emoji's that pop up, but you can't easily tell who posted them. Those are important to us so we can engage with participants without them coming off mute.

Webex Webinar has worked pretty well for customer webinars with more than 50 folks on the line.

Webex Webinar can be a little cumbersome when setting up multiple trainings across a larger schedule
