Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used by the whole organisation to process our expenses.
  • Easy to process claims
  • Easy to attach receipts
  • Easy to approve and track claims
  • Receipts sometimes take a while to download which can be annoying waiting around for them
  • Changing users details can sometimes glitch and cause problems when submitting claims
  • Unsure of another con
  • Webexpenses is good value for money and has helped us process expenses quickly
Extremely easy to use for both claimants and approvers
I personally haven't needed to contact anyone for Webexpenses - which is a good sign as I use it monthly.
It saves us time as it saves all the claims over that month. We can then go into our account and process them all together rather than on a one-by-one basis. It's very easy to use.

I haven't used anything like Webexpenses.
Webexpenses is very easy to use, especially if you are on the go as they have a mobile app that makes it very easy to process claims. Processing claims and Webexpenses automatically informing the claimants is a good feature.
