Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the whole organization to record mileage and expenses. It is simpler than completing our previous forms for this. It allows me to view previous claims and check that I have received payments.

It can be a little difficult to use at times until you gain a better understanding of how to navigate the various options.
As of now, I have not required any support, however, full reminders and prompts do pop up occasionally that helps to guide you through the task that you are aiming to complete which is often very useful and helpful. I know that if support is required that there are contact details that are easily found for any assistance I may need.
I use the app to record mileage and certain other claims when I am not fortunate enough to be in front of a desktop computer. This saves me time as I can easily record mileage and other claims while on the go from my mobile phone. I will then be notified of approvals by my line manager so I know that my claim has not gone unnoticed and that I will not forget about the claim.
I would generally say that my requirements were for recording my mileage in a time-saving and simpler manner on the go. Our old ways were not very efficient and took a lot of time to fill out forms and wait for approvals and payments. The interactive map also lets me see exactly the route I have taken so that I know my claim is correct in every way.
I have not used any other products like web expenses in the past as it is the first piece of software that I have seen that can do all of these particular features

It is useful to use the app version while on the go to record mileage while on a journey. The interactive map is good when journeys are not a straightforward a to b route and you need to modify the route. It can be a little difficult to navigate through its various menus and this could do with being simplified.
