Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Logging and payment of business expenses and mileage expenses by employees. The system also provides records of expenses submitted and paid.
- Easy to input information
- Easy access to system with other equipment ie mobile phones
- Provides great record of information and easiness to access
- It is sometimes not that easy to attach documents such as receipts via my laptop, and I find myself uploading documents from my phone
- There is consistency across the company for all expenses submitted
- Easy of record keeping by all users is improved both in terms of how easy it is to upload and submit expenses
Because the system is very easy to use, especially with a mobile phone the Webexpenses system encouraged me to complete expenses on a daily basis rather than leaving it to a later date - this has improved my time management.
I have only used an in house system prior to Webexpenses so cannot advise on other systems.
