Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
We use Webexpenses in multiple market units to streamline the expense booking program. It is very easy and quick to use, making it simple to construct efficient workflows and ensure reimbursement to employees in a timely fashion. As a frequent user I can attest it is a great tool.
- Create new expense claims with supporting details.
- Uploading receipts.
- Mobile app.
- Ability to remove unnecessary functions, we have a lot of options I never use. Maybe it's just me!
- Email notification - Could be how we set it up, but previously my manager never knew when I submitted a claim, I would have to separately email her. Again might be our issue.
- Employee satisfaction
I am a user so don't have much feedback here.
I do not have experience with other systems aside from Excel.
