Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used across the group to submit, approve and pay for expenses incurred throughout the business. It is a simple way for people at all levels to ensure that those who incur expenses are paid out efficiently and effectively while staying within company agreed boundaries and values. With engineers in my particular department or team out on the road it enables those who have a need to be reimbursed for any expenses to do so while remaining mobile. It offers a very simple and effective means of managing this element of my team. Photo's of receipts can be attached and this helps to aid the seamless process. I am personally very satisfied with Webexpenses.

- The only issue I have ever seen is in the approval chain which is not the fault of Webexpenses themselves.

Once the approval chain is in place the tools provided (mobile app and browser interface) it is really very easy to submit claims with receipts and then for viewing and approval of these to take place at that stage. Once I approve a claim for one of my team it is then sent on to the next tier of approval and the money claimed is then paid out very quickly and without issue.
