Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use WebPT with our mobile physical therapy practice. WebPT helps to solve our need to document every patient experience and to serve as a platform to store necessary patient files, intakes, and historical data.
  • Very clean and professional looking PDF files once documents have been signed
  • Ease of use of EMR system
  • Fluidity of EMR system
  • Should have a system that makes it easier for small practices to share licenses when seeing a small number of patient visits as opposed to investing in 1 whole license for a therapist who may only treat 1-2 visits a week.
  • Sharing of licenses capability with Therabill
  • All in one, one-stop-shop, EMR solution that includes CRM, patient intake, and so forth.
  • Improved productivity
  • Ease of bringing on new talent since most therapists have used WebPT in the past -- makes it easier to onboard new therapist talent and contribute to quicker revenue by therapist being able to see patients quicker
  • Therabill is seamless in producing claims
I have not used the extra features and solutions to monitor the entire business cycle as we are very small and gradually growing.
I like the feature that prompts users to perform progress evaluations when necessary and to update physician prescriptions. I don't like that KX modifiers are not automatically placed -- it leads to denials and I've had to run around and reopen claims that were sent without KX modifiers when they were needed resulting in denials and time-costly running around. WebPT needs to fix that -- costs businesses money and time.
WebPT is competitive. I selected WebPT because of feasibility, ease of use, and pricing to start off.

WebPT was well suited for our business to slowly launch and begin to treat patients in 2019. It was easy to begin and start using on a small scale. I enjoy the ease of use of the system. I also like how professional the documentation looks once a therapist signs off.

I do not enjoy the addendum features when having to go back and make an adjustment on a previously signed note. It is confusing to navigate and looks weird. There should be a better looking alternative that isn't confusing with numerous addendums. It should still be a single file to click on as opposed to the current drop down system that appears when one makes an addendum. I also feel that WebPT has competitors that offer an all-in-one, one-stop-shop EMR solution that incorporates auto patient reminders via email, text, or phone, as well CRM features, along with inbound/outbound faxing with a general store component for competitive pricing. WebPT would be better suited if it offers all those with competitive pricing.
