WebPT best for solo provider

I use WebPT for my medical records providing a HIPAA compliant platform. From the platform I can Fax data to doctors seamlessly. I also use the billing platform and information once entered in medical records is immediately copied to the billing software. Billing is easy and getting any issues resolved is usually quick and painless. Payments are recorded timely and applied to each person's account.

For a solo practice WebPT allows me to only sign on for the products I need keeping the cost low but providing the pieces I need to provide streamlined service. Currently I do my own administration but in a prior practice I managed having an administrator do all the informational intake on clients with WebPT was much more efficient. My current practice is part time so not a lot of room for extra costs. Being HIPAA compliant with all my records is important.

Within the evaluation WebPT demands one complete certain tests for compliance. Also they keep track of needed progress notes. The therapist is in charge of setting this up for each insurance so there is no extra work. While I usually do tests anyway on private pay clients it is nice to be able to set it up so I do not have to. Claim denials are quick to appear and usually the result of a typo in entering information and easily resolved and resubmitted.
