Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Workfront is being used to manage cross brand projects after a merger. It allows both teams to run seamlessly where due to ongoing security concerns it has not been possible to use the GSuite solution that we use natively.
- Real time project changes, when a project manager updates a request then I am notified immediately.
- Creates a broad spectrum approach where it is easy to communicate with other business users who may be outside of the initial project scope
- Allows post project time/cost/benefit allowance for stakeholder reporting and future project manpower and time planning.
- New user setup could be a bit easier, this could be a Microsoft issue though.
- Some navigation is a little bit convoluted.
- Enterprise pricing could be better compared to some alternative products.
- Time management.
