Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

Workvivo is used as an interagency social space within Bish's RV. Some of my favorite features allow for efficient connection of employees from different locations, as well as allowing a sort of "Bulletin Board" to be cast over the organization as a whole or even smaller subgroups within. Workvivo has been a polished and smooth-running application that has centralized a lot of pertinent information and current events within the company landscape. It also acts as a sort of company directory on steroids, giving us just enough but not too much access to each other with some social media type functions and operations.

I really have very limited to no experience with any other platform that fits the same field as Workvivo. My company as a whole had no program to do the jobs Workvivo has fulfilled. Workvivo has taken the responsibilities of many different smaller programs or even just large and hard-to-understand email threads.

Workvivo has been, for the most part, a very polished platform that has performed well in almost every capacity I, as a user and my company as a whole, have asked it to. As with any new advanced application, when it was first rolled out, there were growing pains, but it was evident that Workvivo was willing and able to fix these issues as they came up.
