Wrike is being used by the IT department due the high quantity of tasks assigned to each individual, which makes it easier for them to manage those tasks through the product. Wrike is a very simple solution with sophisticated way of use if required. Currently it is used by the IT department but we will market the product for the rest of the departments in later stages. The simplicity of Wrike and how it monitors and reminds users of overdue tasks is just what we needed.
