Wrike’s AI and automation streamline repetitive tasks and improve team collaboration. For instance, I’ve used automation rules to handle task assignments and status changes based on triggers like due dates or project stages. This has significantly reduced manual updates and helped ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The AI Work Intelligence suggestions have also been helpful for prioritizing tasks and spotting potential bottlenecks in ongoing projects. While still refining how to best incorporate these tools into our workflows, I can already see a lot of improvement in project timelines.
I’ve used and evaluated Asana, monday.com, and Runrun.it before settling on Wrike, and here’s why I chose Wrike. While Asana and monday.com are great for simple task management and visually appealing interfaces, I found them lacking the depth of customization and scalability that Wrike offers, especially for more complex projects. Wrike’s ability to handle detailed workflows, integrate with other tools, and provide a bird’s-eye view through dashboards really stood out.

Yes - It's the most rich app of this kind I've used. Wrike's app is always receiving updates and you have the capacity to do almost everything you can do on the desktop version. As it's made using native iOS and Android code/programming, is very fast and stable. It takes advantage of mobile capacities, like OCR direct from the phone camera.
