Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to submit work tickets to different teams across the company. We work with e-commerce brands on capturing more users email and phone numbers and each company always wants a different design, copy, image, etc. Wrike lets us assign different teams work, depending on the nature of the campaign.
  • Send me an email every time someone makes an edit or a comment on the ticket
  • Wrike is a challenge to learn how to use
  • Submitting the Live issue tickets can be challenging to find as well
I never really enjoyed Asana, so once i learned how to use Wrike, I'm not sure I'd ever want to switch back.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

I rated it a 7 because it is challenging and takes time to really learn how to use it. However, once mastered, it is must easier to use and quite beneficial. There is a 'created by me' section which shows all of you past and present tickets that you've opened, as well as the status of the ticket (ie, completed, cancelled, active, sent to designer etc).
