Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to collaborate between different departments at our University that otherwise don’t often work together or wouldn’t have many meetings together. We’re able to get assigned projects from another department and keep them updated on progress, tag someone to ask a question, and keep all assets and revisions all in the same place. We also use it internally to keep track of our individual projects and use it as a way to organize and plan upcoming projects or campaigns.
  • The ability to tag others in projects or assign people to projects
  • Organizing projects in a way that makes sense for your specific department or organization
  • Having a place to keep revisions and other versions of a project all in one place
  • Keeping all discussion based on a particular project in one spot, rather than a bunch of emails back and forth.
  • I’d like to see other features integrated to make Wrike more of an all-in-one app, like workbooks/spreadsheets/database tables, etc.
  • I don’t completely understand how to create reports showing project data
  • I’d like to have a more customizable interface where I only see the items I need and use and nothing extra
  • Wrike has had such a beneficial impact on my department with being able to refer back to projects from several years ago and make note of what worked and what didn’t.
  • It’s been instrumental in keeping track of projects, student employees and their roles/promotions, and any internal documents.
  • Wrike has been hugely beneficial in just reducing the amount of emails I receive. All of the communications related to a certain project are contained all in one place, feel more informal, and get responded to much faster than email.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is great for interdepartmental collaboration or in teams with more than a few people or any size team that has many projects to juggle. It wouldn’t be as useful or appropriate for really small teams/small businesses or teams that only have a small amount of projects to keep track of.
