Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wrike for all project management that span multiple departments and then for personal tracking of projects and to dos.

Pros and Cons

Reminder Feature
Ability to assign items to other people
Board view within the view options

The interface is not intuitive. Trying to navigate the toolbars on the left side, based on project or department is difficult.
The hierarchy for the company projects is cumbersome and hard to determine what is a task and what is a larger project, and what are subtasks.
I don't like the name. It pronounces like Reich, which has such a bad connotation.

Return on Investment

For those driving projects, it does help us stay on track through reminders.
The email reminders can be overbearing at times. It would be easier if the emails didn't come so frequently.
It has helped triage projects to determine who gets PM resources.

We have had Wrike for several years. Granted I don't use it on a daily basis, but even when I do try and engage with it, I cannot understand the layout or hierarchy. it's not intuitive for a new users. It's just easier for me with smaller projects to use One Note or something similar to collaborate. Also, due to HIPAA requirements restrictions, we are unable to upload documentation into your platform, which can be a hindrance.
