Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike has helped us stay on top of projects and the ability to keep notes and documents in one place. Wrike has made communications between departments and individuals much easier than lengthy email threads. In the past, we would get lost in the emails and have to central place for project storage and communications.

  • Outlook calendar integration would be nice.
  • It is a little costly when compared to other software
  • I think if used properly it does pay for itself
We've looked at clickup- it's comparable to Wrike, but has way to much on the UI and it's a little clunky to learn. We've tried other project tools such as the one's built into O365, but they don't compare to Wrikes features. Wrike is also a cleaner project when compared to Asana. Asana seems to have too much going on in the GUI.

Wrike is well suited for a company that has a lot of projects and have firm deadlines. It's also good for intercompany communication between departments. I don't think it would be well suited for small companies with less than 3-5 users. Wrike is the best project management tool we have used, and we've tried most of them including asana and clickup.
