Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent is used across the whole organization for compensation.
  • Lays out monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Lays out different criteria for measurements
  • Visual meter for quota
  • Very confusing to use and track commission
  • Don't understand the process of when commission is owed
  • Should be tracked per closed opportunity
I'm not aware of the software that was used at my previous employer, but it was a lot less confusing.
At the previous company, I worked for it laid out commission per sale that occurred. Xactly Incent, you have to try and search by order number to try and make sure you received credit or commission for a sale. It's not easy to understand.
