Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We are currently using it for our entire commission calculation for our sales teams. It has allowed us to move from manual calculation to automation.
- Calculation of ACV.
- Calculation of SPIFFS.
- Pod views at manager and rep level.
- Overall, happy with our current instance.
- Save time as we have moved away from manual calcs.
- Our instance has document routing ability which also saves time.
We are using Analytics to assist with accruals and ad-hoc reporting/view requests.
Our finance team uses this as well for accrual estimates.
