Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Manager for Sales Compensation and the administrator of Xactly Incent reports to me.
Provides access to close to real-time incentive data for the sales team.
Xactly Incent is simple and easy to navigate for both our sales reps and our admin. We have many plans set up, updating hierarchies are easy as are administrating payouts adjustments.

We have internal KPI's that are reviewed with Leadership on a quarterly basis. Allows us to quickly adjust as necessary.
Sales planning, territory/quota (3rd party), and sales forecasting are all completed outside of the Xactly Incent system.
Replaced an antiquated internal system that was complex and very inflexible. Has allowed to configure a multitude of sales incentive plans with various attributes including territory management. Allows us the flexibility to add, adjust to remove attributes in a blink of an eye.
Finance and sales ops utilize Incent data and results for internal activities.
We have not evaluated a different product in a number of years due to the user acceptance of our current provider. Xactly Incent continues to update and be a leader is this segment.
