Overall Satisfaction with Xero
In our organisation we use Xero for many admin tasks, including creating invoices for our customers, inputting invoices/bills and credit notes from our supplies. Xero helps us to manage the cash flow and keep track of what and how much customers owe.
The best feature of Xero is the bills can be emailed to Xero and Xero will make the draft bill for you to upload with the details already filled out.

- Reconciling payments
- Sometimes the loading speed on the page can take a while, this is infrequent
- being able to email bills that Xero will turn into a draft saves lots of time
- Invoices are super easy and quick to create
- unreconciled function helps me stay organised
Difficult to say as we have used Xero for many years now, however if we did not use Xero we would be spending money on various different subscriptions to attempt to fill in the role that Xero fills in our business
Xero is far more user friendly compared to sage, and is more suited to our smaller business.
