Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Xero to pay all our bills and to invoice outside Vendors.

Pros and Cons

Ease of correcting G/L accounts
Ease of reporting
Benefit of A/P is the scanning to import function

printing checks should have option to arrange in alpha order
there should be an easier way to void stale dated checks once a period is closed

Return on Investment

Scanning of bills function saves a lot of data entry time
Reporting customization could be easier to setup

Usability

Xero is a good user friendly software but could use some minor adjustments for it to receive a perfect score.

Cloud Costs

I'm not familiar with cloud deployment.

Ease of Integration

Integrating with the bank makes reconciliation easy.
