Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
We use Zapier to automate a few actions in various systems that don't have an integration.
We find that sometimes we automatically want to record or send an email when someone fills out a Google Form. Google Sheets doesn't have an integration with Intercom, but through Zapier, we can do it. One of the best things is being able do actions based on the different input fields and output fields.

- Provides SOME level of integration between hundreds of apps.
- Allows you to use inputs as variables and change the output (for example, read the user name, put that in an email without programming anything)
- Letting you test your connections, and helping you set them up in an easy way.
- Letting companies integrate their own apps.
- Making it easier to vote on integrations you want.
- Letting you know ahead of time the limitations of the integrations. Some can't read all data etc, only can read in new items.
- Helping you troubleshoot when a zap breaks. You can re-run it, but that is about it.
- Positive ROI. We started on the basic plan, and quickly upgraded.
- It is cheap for the value it provides.
- We use it for some semi mission critical items.
