Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
ZiFlow is predominantly being used by the members of the Operations Department across all territories in which we operate, for the purpose of online proofing of the final paginated pdf pages of all telephone directory publications. The introduction of ZiFlow, takes us away from printing the physical pdf pages, which at times could easily be over 3000 pages in total, dependent on the market being worked on. ZiFlow is very user friendly and since being implemented has improved efficiency, accuracy and allows flexibility in the approval of the pages, as this can be accessed anywhere once you have a stable internet connection. ZiFlow has also helped the Company minimize cost on ink and paper purchases which would have been required for the printing of the pdf pages.
- Allows the side by side comparison of different versions of the pdf files being virtually proofed.
- Allows the Manager of the task to set timeframes on tasks that are to be virtually proofed.
- The ZiFlow platform is very user friendly and easy to use.
- The paginators whom will be addressing the fixes indicated in Ziflow will be able to see all comments in one area from all the users that would have been doing the virtual proofing on the platform.
- upload time of large files to the platform can be improve. (1000+ pages containing text and images)

- Saves time. That is, the paginator can access all possible changes through one of the links received from ZiFlow when a comment is made on a particular page

ZiFlow has provided a more efficient and dynamic way of carrying out the quality checks/virtual proofing on the final paginated pdf files. It also gives more structure to the process flow of the post pagination checks within the Organization
It has been create and we just continue to enjoy the software and we currently do in it and we look forward to any enhancements to be added where applicable or per our request.

ZiFlow had all the features that the Company was seeking to find to improve the process of quality checking the final paginated pdf files and it offered a more structure and unified process flow that would enhance and improve the process that we had then before the acquisition of the ZiFlow software/platform.
