Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We are using Ziflow for every step of the proofing process of 2 huge taxidermy catalogs - equal to roughly 1800 pages. From the beginning design to the finished product thru multiple departments we've used Ziflow for all our proofing needs. Also used to proof ads, social media posts, etc.
- Automatic emails to recipients and reminders of late jobs
- Workflows from different departments
- Search ability within the proofs
- Ability to sort by job name
- From 1800 printed pages printed 3x to printing 0 pages
- Downtime to manage 1800 printed pages to manage everything within a dashboard
- Ability to designate a manager to take that part off me
You can proof from anywhere at anytime - no printed pages - being able to make comments live to recipients and get an answer right back saving so much time!
We can all collaborate at the same time in REAL time - no emails moving around to keep up with - you can give the thumbs up when you've made a correction and mark it as resolved and move on.
