Our company used to keep track of changes to documents by printing out the documents and storing them in binders...with Ziflow its all digital. No more binders!!
The most important thing is not to have documents used in production without the approval of all then need to review...with this tool, docs are held until all have approved.

I don't believe we have premium support, if we do...we've never need it.
Rarely needed support. The one time maybe twice they have come through without a hitch.

- The way the approvals are tracked...itys a great way to cover myself in the event of something going wrong.
- Only feature i really struggle with is proofing website stuff...sometimes it doesnt render correctly...but not a feature we use often.
