Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We currently use Ziflow to proof check artworks for online and product packaging.
This has streamlined the process and not only saved us time, but made it more efficient to add comments and show small as well as bit updates. It makes it easier to corporate and brings different teams together, being able to solve problems efficiently and easily.
  • Efficient way of proof checking artworks
  • Able to add numerous people to proof check
  • Able to send notifications/ comments to just one user
  • Making it easier to put the pages of artwork in the same order, so they are next to each other when comparing to old artworks
  • Not able to send the notifications / comments to a person from inside the artwork, have to go out of artwork and then send the comments. Would be easier to do from inside when working on a lot of artworks
  • Hard to mark some text sometimes, adds in a lot I dont want.
  • Saved time, we used to send PDFs back an forth
  • Made us less frustrated in being bombarded with emails. Good that you can direct the email to one person.
  • Streamlined the process in that it's easier to make comments and fix the errors.
It has positively impacted the review process. The process before was either manual - printing off the artworks and making the comments on paper. Or sending emails back and forth - a confusing and overwhelming way to share and save information. Or we made comments of PDFs, which also was time consuming. Now it's all saved in one place and we have a track record of who commented what.

It has made the product development team, design team and compliance team work more efficiently and better together. It has made us corporate and communicate better and there is not as much frustration about emails going back and forth in the same way. So it has definitely improved the way our teams and company communicates.

We have previously not used any other software services. We used very manual ways like pen and paper, emails back and forth or PDF where we could add comments. So none.
Very well suited when creating an artwork. Easy to add comments and translations into an artwork and make comments on small errors, to easily fix. Shows well the list of artworks you have left to approve.

Less suited when doing a lot of artworks in a row. We sometimes proof check around 50 artworks, and you have to each time go out of the artwork and send a notification to the designer.
Also when you go back your search is lost and you have to search to find the artwork again.
