Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
We use ZipRecruiter to find candidates for positions that are difficult to fill otherwise. What we really like about ZipRecruiters it that it has one of the best candidate search to target and find quality candidates for very specific roles. It is also great at being able to find candidates using zip codes for certain locations. Essentially it gets us a higher quality of candidates for prices that are extremely competitive.

- Free trial doesnt offer much.
- Integrating this into our ATS has improved our workflow substantially.
- It has also helped us find great candidates in the past.
- The pricing is VERY competitive.
From what we have spoken about with our candidates, this has worked great for both us and them. Candidates tell us its easy to apply and send in their resume. ZipRecruiters filtering system is pretty great and we regularly end up being connected with exactly the type of candidates we were looking for. All in all, we have zero complaints with the quality of candidates we are matched with.
We have not really used this feature. At least not to my knowledge, unless there is AI filtering or matching going on in the background.

We love Indeed and Dice but I think most of my team prefers ZipRecruiter because of the quality of candidates we get across it. It also works best for us because of the pricing.
