Pros

Zix has a big presence in the healthcare market both in provider and payer space. It can be used to securely exchange email seamlessly via Zix-Zix, and can be considered selective TLS.
Robust lexicon to detect and secure email content based of identifiers and keywords.
Ability to create whitelist and blacklist for enforcing portal, override TLS in cases where BA challenges prohibit sending PHI. For example, Gmail.com etc.
