Zoho Analytics is mostly used by our sales team in order to tell how our team is doing in sales and in order to change our sales strategy or focus on certain areas of the funnel in order to perform better. It helps us build sales reports and make data driven decisions.

Zoho Analytics is a great platform for our team because it integrates easily with the other Zoho products that we use. If we were getting the data from elsewhere, it would be harder, but if you use other Zoho products then you should use this.

Zoho Analytics is an important tool that is very easy to use. It does not take very long to train a new user.

Support Rating

The customer support team is very helpful but they are not very responsive and it takes a while to get connected with someone.

Likelihood to Recommend

There are some integrations that are not available, so using it would depend on where you getting your data from and what is easier for your business. However, if you use any other Zoho products, it makes it super simple to integrate everything because the data is already there. If this is the case, its a no brainer.
