Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We have been using Zoho CRM Plus for the past seven years and have recently changed to Zoho One Subscriptions for 30 users. Our sales team of two people was using it exclusively, but now we are expanding it to our retail store managers and incorporating it into our customer and technical service departments. While it will be a challenge to import this data from multiple systems, the final result will be very beneficial.
  • Quickly locating customer data.
  • Social media management.
  • Creating workflows.
  • There are several places to perform the same task, which sometimes creates confusion when trying to find the most efficient way to perform the task.
  • Having a plugin that connects Ecommerce programs such as WooCommerce to Zoho.
  • Easier way to set up hierarchy to manage permissions.
  • Increased sales.
  • Ability to chat direct with customers.
  • Increased communication & visibility throughout the organization.
We are still in a learning process with Zoho One and our current staff has not gone through a true Zoho One implementation so we are trying to use what we currently had [and] incorporate new processes. Zoho Support has been great along with working with Zoho Partner, ZBrains.
For the most part, the customizations are fairly user-friendly for the average user.

Zoho One is really a "one" stop shop and has the ability to do a multitude of tasks all in one Suite.
