Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We have been using across the organization, for marketing, sales, quotations, reports and statistics.

What we love in the integration with other Zoho tools like Zoho Books and Zoho campaigns. We are planning to connect in the future with our webpage in order to make the complete cycle under digital marketing as the tool have all components to perform the best way possible.

Our database in Zoho is one of our more valuable assets and we plan to continue using in the next years, as our ROI is better than expected.

Because is very intuitive and easy to use. I had never took a training session and I have been able to use most of the features the system have available.

Over all of our users, having it in multilingual mode also lets people to have a better experiences using a CRM, because you can always understand steps, functions and process.
Very nice, for not having any programming experience or knowledge, the configuration was so easy and FAST, that it only took some steps to migrate my data from Excel and in few hours since we got licensed we were able to begin working on a daily basis. For the type of product, a very powerful CRM is only perfect all setup process.
I tested HubSpot and Odoo CRM, considering they are both a complete suite, but Zoho has, in my opinion:

  • Better interface.
  • Better pricing.
  • Easier setup.
  • Better integration with other functions.

I also have see over the years other CRM from other people and when I recommend them ZOHO CRM based on my experience, they have consider change their tool.

Automation, reports and campaigns are powerful. The reports are easily generated, and you can add custom fields to include valuable information based on your operation.

Also if you need you can create special forms, so when you create an automated cycle, final customers will be happy of the customer services experience you are delivering, with minor effort as the system will take care automatically.

My only complain could be that when you have to add or exclude license, need to upgrade or downgrade your plan, this could be a little complex, but is a process that you will do from time to time; so your regular operation, which is your daily task, will be performing smooth and fast.

I have no programming experience, but functions as custom fields, custom reports and creating new forms are really easy, and no matter which language you need, Zoho has almost all available, so you can use across organization no matter different languages on your corporation.
