Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I'm using it to organize my sales activities mainly mobile during my intensive customer visits. During business trips, it's useful for fixing an appointment, follow-up of offers, etc.
  • Friendly user interface.
  • Fully cloud based by providing independence of software platform even desktop or smartphone, tablet, etc.
  • Powerful search functions.
  • User interface could be less complex.
  • Activity planning could be more detailed like Outlook.
  • Search function could include notes sections.
  • Reduced lead qualification time.
  • Increased automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to reach customers across multiple channels.
Perfect user experience for me with slightly missing features. User interface could slightly be improved but easy to navigate in overall performance. Another point to be improved is slowed down server connection even under good network conditions.
Product's configurability is slightly complex and including fewer features. For instance, search function could be more configurable in order to include notes for customer information.
More convenient for personal use thanks to better mobile functionalities. Also better user interface as well as ease of use.

Well suited scenario: I could fixed 3 appointments a day via Zoho crm functionalities without hassle while mobile (inside car).

Less appropriate one: I have spent several minutes but I couldn't find one of my important notes which I have taken within customer information.
