Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
I'm using it to organize my sales activities mainly mobile during my intensive customer visits. During business trips, it's useful for fixing an appointment, follow-up of offers, etc.
Pros
- Friendly user interface.
- Fully cloud based by providing independence of software platform even desktop or smartphone, tablet, etc.
- Powerful search functions.
Cons
- User interface could be less complex.
- Activity planning could be more detailed like Outlook.
- Search function could include notes sections.
- Reduced lead qualification time.
- Increased automation of repetitive tasks.
- Ability to reach customers across multiple channels.
More convenient for personal use thanks to better mobile functionalities. Also better user interface as well as ease of use.
