Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I used Zoho in reimbursing my travel expenses and requesting for office supplies. It allowed me to organize my receipts separating meals and transportation expenses helping me file and save digital copies. Submitting to the office was much easier rather than the old ways of pasting each receipt in a bond paper manually.
  • providing updates on the status of my reimbursement
  • taking digital copies of receipts using mobile phone
  • automated calculations of all expenses
  • the scanning of photos does not work when used as automatic
  • the 2 factor authentication is a nightmare when you forget your password
  • had a hard time to change my mobile number listed on my account
Zoho is flexible and scalable because it allows you to customize the tool as required for your business. Ensuring that only the necessary items or information you need is collected from your employees. This also removes the burden for employees that do not need to read so much information that has no concern with them. Thus, employees are more willing to complete tasks needed. Zoho used a logo that looks like you are going to have fun and enjoy using it.
I have not seen how zoho is used for sales cycle
  • lessen office red tape
  • simpler approval process for requests
  • notification for approvers is not seen as a priority in email

Zoho CRM is well suited in managing business expenses where you need to keep track of all your receipts to be submitted to the office for reimbursement. It does have challenges when you are attaching photos of your receipt. Also, when doing performance review, it is not that user friendly when it comes to navigation and approvals.
