Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I use it to keep track of customer records and sales made by new leads. I have had no problems using the tool.

Because it is a very useful and essential tool for companies that use it specifically for the sales and marketing department.
Zoho CRM helps to better control all processes and sales monitoring, helps to optimize resources.
