Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We have been using Zoho to provide quotes to potential clients. We uploaded a template that makes it easy to provide quotes and track them. We're able to differentiate which team member sent the quote, but everyone is able to follow-ups. This is important as it allows our team to reply quickly, so the customer does not need to wait until the initial person giving the quote is back on duty. We're also able to send photos and other collateral to clients.
The work flow of Zoho is nice. We've tried other CRMs and they've been too complicated. Perhaps they were good for large businesses, however for a small business, Zoho is perfect and scalable. Our team was easily trained on the software and we were able to connect our livery software to the quote system. It's fantastic being able to automate connections so that work is not duplicated. We've been able to win more business by using Zoho as it also lets us set reminders to follow-up with clients if we haven't heard back.

  • requires an initial input of information about a potential client - this would be better if it auto-filled with the quote request's information
  • can be a bit confusing navigating the stages of a potential sale, but not too bad
  • a tab or link to all open sales quotes would be nice
  • ROI is good, providing your entire team is involved with the program and uses it
  • During busy season, Zoho keeps the flow going with reminders for quote follow-ups
  • Our company saw an estimated 20% gain in closing sales that went through Zoho as compared to quotes not answered through Zoho
Although we never used all of the functions, Zoho is scalable and easy to learn and use. The reminders function is vital to providing timely follow-ups and nudges to clients. It is easy to load different templates and photos of our vehicles for different client quotes. The automations saves our team a lot of time.
The structured organization that Zoho provides to our team really helps gain and retain clients. Our company is always complimented on the rapid and expansive responses to quotes. The first contact from our team is the most important as it shows potential and existing customers that we value communication and that this extends into when we provide our actual services.

For a small business, Zoho is a great way to have a CRM that fits your budget. It is well worth it as it can be set-up to send reminders to your sales team to do follow-ups to quotes, which is important in getting contracts signed. Clients always love quick, accurate responses.
