Overall Satisfaction with Zoho One
Zoho One delivers a suite of software solutions that offer the perfect round-up for startups and SMEs. In our case, we are primarily focusing on billing and support tickets. CRM, project management, as well as contracts and digital signing, are also used by us. Before, we had different software solutions with integration issues. Zoho One delivers almost everything one can ask for out of one hand, plus it gives additional features for further development and automatization.

5 years ago, we decided to use Odoo. At that time, the enterprise version of Odoo was not competitive enough for a small company with minor integration needs when it comes to the pricing per user.
Nowadays, pricing is almost equal. The effort of integration processes with Odoo is still higher even though it delivers more potential. A decision between both today would be more difficult for us.
