Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho Social to streamline all of our social media content output on a daily basis. It allows us to reduce errors such as timing problems and allows us to also bring all our channels into one seamless output of content for our brand which gives us a better image in the eyes of our followers.

We have tried other online social media management platforms such as Hootsuite however Zoho Social is the best platform we've used so far for a number of reasons. We have found it much easier to navigate across the Zoho Social platform and also more useful when it comes to the number of channels you can include on a basic plan.

We have found that it is very simple navigating across the Zoho Social platform as well as an easy to use UI and ease of access to features. Even on the basic plan, all the social channels that we use are in included and available to post on which makes it a very affordable option for our company.
Very fast replies all the time with kind support staff who have helped me with a query we sent to them. While trialing the platform they were also very helpful to us allowing us to avail of the extended free trial period and applied this to our account in no time without any difficulty or work on our part.
It is very helpful for the streamlining of our content output and for the management of content across multiple channels. It is also really useful for managing social media activity, including post reactions, across all of our brand channels, in one place allowing for easier monitoring of our brand online.
